FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About sakutoto Promotions

Generally, only one active deposit bonus is allowed at a time. However, some promotions such as weekly cashback and referral programs run concurrently as they do not overlap with deposit bonuses. The sakutoto system will notify you if you attempt to activate overlapping promotions and will suggest suitable alternatives.

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must complete before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with an 8x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM 800 (RM 100 × 8) before the funds can be withdrawn. sakutoto calculates rollover automatically, and your progress can be tracked under the "Active Bonus" section in your account.

Most deposit bonuses at sakutoto are credited instantly once your deposit is processed and the promotion is activated. Weekly cashback is credited every Monday at 10 AM Malaysia time. Referral bonuses are typically processed within 24 hours after your friend makes their qualifying first deposit.

No. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly before the rollover requirements are met – this is an industry standard to prevent abuse. However, you may choose to cancel an active bonus if you wish to make an immediate withdrawal, but this means all bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Make sure you understand the implications before cancelling.

Most games at sakutoto count in full (100%) toward rollover, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and Slots. However, some games may count at a lower rate such as 10%–20% (for example, certain progressive jackpot games). Per-game contribution percentages can be found in the Promotion Terms and Conditions section.

Log in to your sakutoto account and go to the "Referral" section in your profile menu. Your unique referral code will be displayed there. Share this code with friends – when they register using your code and make their first deposit of at least RM 50, a RM 50 bonus will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours.
